Works well, happy it is as described and is stainless steel. only one cat so far has attempted to drink from it, so hopefully the others will also enjoy it. prompt delivery to nz and a good quality product so far. i bought this model for the rechargeable option so that i dont need to have a cord running to it as there is no nearby powerpoint.
Very satisfied with the purchase, it's made of very good material! The cats loved it! They were surprised, I'll see how they behave with it in the next few days, but they really liked it and so did I. Super fast shipping, it arrived in its little box. Everything was excellent.
Excellent quality, looks safe, and the power cable does not go into the water like in another fountain I bought and didn't use because of that. The material looks high-quality and good, and the fountain works well. Satisfied.
Happy cat in nz. fast shipping. good product - great that it’s usb rechargeable. the movement sensor works well - almost too well.
Fast delivery, working as described.
The cats love it, all stainless steel.
The connection is usb type c, big advantage.
Excellent product
Excellent product works great . would like the filters to be cleaner and packed properly. otherwise will done
Works very well, good battery life. The stainless steel is an advantage for pets. Very good.
A world-class quality product that is equally good for dogs and cats
For those who have a dog boarding facility, this product is very affordable. In addition, the product has a filter that is replaced every month. This cleans the dirt and gives the dog and cat clean drinking water.
I highly recommend this product. Everything works perfectly without any problems. My cats are already enjoying the "drinker," and they are even consuming more water than before, which makes them look healthier.
Excellent product!! Very satisfied.
All good, thanks
All working ! my dog is happy af now
My cats adore this fountain. They are turkish vans, so have an affinity to water and this gives them an opportunity to both play and drink!
My cat quit drinking out of her regular bowl and started using the 'bowl' in the bathroom which is why i got this. Once it stops pumping, the water leaks under the drain and the pan goes dry.
She'll sit and stare at it but won't drink out of it (yet). When she gets close and the pump turns on, it scares her, so i've over filled it a bit to keep enough in the pan with the pump off so it won't go dry, hoping to get her used to drinking out of it. Once she discovers it's safe i'll turn the pump back on.
Once it stops pumping, the water leaks below the top of the drain and the pan quickly goes dry. I'm keeping it over-filled so it doesn't dry up, i hope she'll get used to it. I'm thinking about putting some silicone around the drain to seal it. Which is something the designer should have done.
It is however extremely quiet, and the rechargeable part is a nice touch.
If you get one, get the one with the cord, and extra filters!
